Private Lives : Dr Napier treats a woman who is suffering from a heart condition. She tries to arrange for the woman to see a specialist in Edinburgh, but the woman is reluctant to do so. Doctor Finlay asks his mother to visit him which he regrets when she regales everyone with photos and tales from his youth. The new doctor feels that they aren't dealing with patients' psychological well being leading Finlay to question whether she'll be happy in a country practice.
